Trust Your Architect!

The Contemporary Architecture Centre (KÉK) launched a new monthly discussion series in 2015 entitled Trust your Architect! The programme is aimed at aspiring architects and seeks to facilitate their entry into various specializations following university graduation.

KÉK supports this by bringing practising architects together for discussions on current topics, so that participants can receive firsthand insights into the key information, challenges, and opportunities of each field. Over thirty events have been held so far, addressing topics like setting up an architectural office, BIM design, or interior architecture. Videos of the presentations are uploaded to KÉK's YouTube channel.

Trust your Architect! book: As the project's most ambitious endeavour to date, a supplementary book was published in 2019, providing a comprehensive examination of the challenges and opportunities of beginning a career. The studies and interviews included in the publication offer guidance for young people emerging from architectural universities.
