Graffiti Painting Workshop for Újpest Residents
In the spring of 2025, we will once again bring life to the long-vacant school building at 39 Baross Street! As part of the AHA - Affordable Housing for All programme, renovations and conversions of the school will soon begin, but the community still has plenty to do beforehand!
In addition to affordable housing, the building will include an open community space on the ground floor accessible to everyone. However, the space needs more than just plans; it needs an active community too!
Have you always been interested in the world of graffiti and painting? We warmly invite the youth of the neighbourhood to our art programme, where we can immerse ourselves in creation together.
Let’s fill the walls of the former school with images!

The programme requires no prior knowledge of drawing or material experience!
The programme is led by artists Máté Bencs and Dániel Bencs.
